Hi! minimalista is a joint-venture of two of my dearest hobbies: photography and baking. In general, it is a photoblog with a recipe here and there. Each recipe has been prepared and photographed by me. The photographs are honest: they show you what get – no tricks applied – straight from the oven! I am no professional baker nor photographer, in fact I have a PhD in economics and work as a scientist in the climate and energy branch. As this has nothing to do with either professional photography or baking, you can go figure: you, too can easily prepare these recipes in no time! Enjoy.
In the end it all boils down to this: With each recipe and each photograph I keep a precious moment with me. Each photograph is taken after the baked good is done and ready to be enjoyed. I decided to focus on close-ups or detailed pictures of what you can expect when trying a specific recipe.
