I am so excited: I managed to transform two of these truffles into their equivalent as a cookie. This one here, the truffle cookies with white chocolate and spices, has many secrets: Spices, white muscovado chocolate, and flowers. I’m not a huge white chocolate person but with the pink pepper… i bet it is a wonderful pairing. Can’t wait to see the full recipe!

What a interesting cookie this is and I am not sure if I would want to eat it. I am not sure why there are rose pedals in it or pink pepper so hope it tastes good.
